statement 2

What do my pieces have to do with human form in nature? Well I try to make natural looking things and either change them slightly to make what is already natural look like a human form or I put a human form in a natural piece and put natural textures over it.

I really like what this article had to say. I especially like the part about how I need to make my art completely before I even start to judge it or have others judge it. This, I admit, is very difficult in a class room setting. Another part I like was the part that explained how your work will not be seen as normal and neither will you. If it is different or seen as strange that means no one has though of it. Although it might not be accepted at the time it will one day be recognized. It was interesting that normal things don't stand out.

Hello Everyone
Question for ya, and before I ask let me just say be honest, if you say you love it and don't I will go on making bad work. Anyway, Do you think, in particular, the clay tea pots look sloppy, do they look like a glob of glazed clay? Thanks guys!
